Return & Refund Policy

At Solemart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company directly, as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
